The easiest phone calls I get every month are from managed IT solicitors. Why? All I have to do is say "No thank you, I’m very happy with my current provider". We have been using Imagine IT for 3 years and in that time they have handled all manner of IT emergencies, server migrations, hardware support, maintenance issues, and "uh… what's my password?" requests with professional and timely responses.

During a recent storm, a catastrophic system failure occurred and Imagine IT was fast to respond and come out to our aid. Our technician not only took care of all of the hardware issues that Imagine IT supports, but also diagnosed the issues with our phone system and intervened with our phone vendor so that they understood the problems quickly and could get us replacement equipment in half the time.
